Hercules Biomass Boilers from 7-48kW
This
biomass boiler enables effective and ecological use of wood waste. Its operation
is automated and requires minimum handling. The 5-section version of
the boiler is designed for heating single housing units and smaller
facilities of up to*250sqm area. The 7-section version of the boiler is
designed for heating houses, cottages, office buildings and small business
premises etc of up to *350sqm area. The 10-section version of the boiler
is designed for heating middle-sized buildings: shops, schools, recreation
facilities, middle-sized business premises, big houses etc for up to
*500sqm area.

The boiler is automatically operated and is
controlled by a heat-controller in the house, which ensures comfortable
space heating and hot water.
The fuel, wood chips, shavings and sawdust is mechanical delivered from a
built-on fuel hopper to the burner. The boiler is easy to operate, low in
maintenance and gives a good alternative to standard heating systems due
to the low operating costs and low emissions.
Combustion by-products are easy cleaned out from the ash box and
heat-exchanger. The high lifetime cast-iron drum
(heat exchanger) is available in several layouts depending on the space
available in the boiler room. Long verified design of the boiler drum
guaranties a high combustion
efficiency of up to 80%
