HV(S) Operating Panel
Standard Control
Panel for forced
draught fan boiler HV
The
standard control is a practical thermostatic control system. It
contains a control phase for external switching
|
|
as
well as following thermostats, switches and lamps: |
1.
Boiler thermostat (to set required boiler temperature between
80°C and 90°C)
2.
Boiler thermometer to read off current boiler temperature
3.
Operating
switch, start switch and operating control lamps for start, operation,
pump, fan (from left to right) |
|
4.
Pump
thermostat (pump is not activated until working temperature has
been reached)
5.
Fan-Stop
thermostat (stops the heating operation if boiler is burnt empty
or temperature has dropped below a set minimum) |
Micro-Processor
control panel 911T for forced draught fan boiler HV with two-stage output
and buffer storage tank control
| With
this microprocessor control panel, the boiler can work at two levels
of output. If the set temperature, e.g. 80°C, is exceeded, the control
panel reduces the fan output to part-load. This lengthens the combustion
time and increases the efficiency rating. The control panel includes
a buffer storage heater control (difference temperature control)
and the possibility of determining the temperature of the buffer
storage heater. |
|
Switches,
illuminated segment indicators and lamps (LEDs) are protected by
a smooth front foil. The control panel contains a relay to trigger
a reversing valve on automatic switchover to external heating. In
addition, there are 8 DIP switches on the back with which, for example,
the run-down times for the fan (automatic heat maintenance) or the
set temperature can be changed. The individual functions of the
control panel are as follows: |

|
1.
ON/OFF
key for the start-up programme
2.
Signal
lamp for fan operation (also for fan support when by-pass shutter
is open in the heating-up phase)
3.
Warning
light drawing attention, among other things, to - open by-pass
shutter - normal operation not achieved after 57 minutes (start-up
failure)
4.
Warning light drawing attention to excess temperature (95°C)
5.
Luminous
indication of boiler temperature
- flashing malfunction indication when there are faults
- indicates temperature of upper part of buffer storage tank (at
the same time hot water supply tank) and of lower part, as well
as the average temperature on request
- reduced operation indicated by light in the bottom right-hand
corner.
|
|
6.
Touch
controls to set desired boiler temperature between 80°C and 90°C
in 1°C steps.
7. Lamp indicating external
oil/gas heating operation (if existing).
8.
Touch control to determine storage tank temperatures
9.
Differential-temperature adjustment between boiler
and buffer storage tank, the buffer storage tank is only charged
when the boiler temperature is higher than the storage tank temperature.
10.
Signal lamp for boiler pump (pump is switched off at
68°C and starts up again when the boiler temperature exceeds 70°C).
11.
Warning light - buffer storage tank charged to 85%,
do not add any more wood.
