Thermomix-Valve 1 1/2" (with flap trap) Raising the return temperature to at least 60°C is a prerequisite for the long service life of the boiler. This is effectively achieved with the Thermomix valve. A thermally operating expansion cartridge, as with a radiator valve, operates a slide valve. Depending on the mixed water temperature in the boiler’s return pipe, the slide valve opens either the by-pass, the heater return or, in the mixing phase, both of them partially. The valve can be installed for an output of up to 50 kW. Assembly is quick and reliable as no adjustment or sensor attachment is necessary. Two insulating shells are delivered together with the valve.

Circulation pump control ¾" The circulation pump control ZPS is fitted with an intelligent electronic device which helps to save energy. The circulation pump is only switched on when it is needed. The water tap serves as the remote control. The tap only has to be turned on and the pump starts to work. The pump stops after 4 to 8 minutes. A temperature control prevents unnecessary switching operations. The installation of the ZPS is easy. Up to € 75 can be saved per year - with practically no loss of comfort. It also reduces the danger of being scalded when fitted to the combined buffer and solar systems.

Valve set 3/4 " The valve set consists of 7 different sections which are useful for the installation of a combination buffer or a combination buffer boiler. It includes 1 valve tube, 1 mixer valve, 1 vacuum valve, 1 safety valve, 2 adaptors, 1 stainless steel tube (60 mm). The most important part of this assembly is a thermostatically operating mixing valve. Once it has been adjusted by hand, it limits the warm water temperature in order to minimize lime deposits and heat losses in the pipeline as well as the danger of being scalded when turning on the tap. The vacuum valve makes it possible to empty the boiler from above through the submerged cold-water pipe.

Automix Compact control unit 1" Automix is a weather-dependent flow temperature control unit for radiator or floor heating systems. It possesses a minimum and a maximum limiter and the limiters are adjustable. All electrical feed lines between control unit, servomotor and sensor are fitted with Western plugs. Electric power is obtained from a normal wall socket. With the plug-in system, the control unit and the mixer motor can be fitted easily on to the base plate. The compact control unit consists of: a central electronic unit, a crystal clock with power reserve, daily and weekly programmes, LED equipment-on indicator, servomotor, flow sensor and outdoor sensor.
